Restoring the unlock

On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings › Tend unlock and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Moving to a new phone

Tend keeps your data on your phone. Before you switch, go to Settings › Export and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone, such as Files or AirDrop. On the new phone, use Settings › Import.

Reminders aren't showing

Check that notifications are allowed for Tend in the iOS Settings app, and that a Focus mode isn't holding them back.

Apple Health numbers aren't updating

Open the iOS Settings app, then Health › Data Access & Devices › Tend, and check the types you want are turned on.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
